Hi, I’m Ziva. My two-week-old kitten, Zanzibar, and I were rescued from someone’s yard and brought to SBACC. Sadly, I had another kitten who didn’t survive. Zanzibar and I went to a foster home where we were safe and cared for until Zanzibar was ready for her forever home. She found her home with a friend of our foster Mom. Here’s what my foster Mom says about me. “Ziva is a smart – very playful – very independent cat. Yet she will come when called and play more than eat. If you make eye contact – she will come running toward you. She is not a lap cat but loves to be close to you. She was a very protective – alert mom who played with her kitten a lot. I feel she would do great with kids and gentle dogs and other cats. I will miss her greatly. She is one of a kind!”
