Hi, I’m Tommy. I am a big friendly tom cat who got injured on the street and was brought to SBACC. I went directly to the vet and was treated for facial lacerations, a leg injury and badly injured paws. Those injuries are all healed but I still have a bit of a limp probably because of a missing ball and socket joint in one of my back legs. I love attention and especially like face and chin scratches. I am a very big boy but have a tiny little soft meow which everyone thinks is kind of funny. I was adopted and had a great home for almost a year, but I was brought back to SBACC because one of the other cats in the home became very aggressive towards me and I was so afraid. I came back pretty sick, with severe stomatitis, which meant I had to have all of my teeth pulled! I take several different medications to treat the inflammation. I would need a home where someone could be there most of the time to be sure I got my medications. I got the best of care and lots of love back her at SBACC until it came time for me to cross the rainbow bridge.
I am also FIV+. Please check out the additional information below and you will see that it not a big deal.
