Hi, I’m Opal. I was just three weeks old, all alone and hiding in the bushes in a yard when I was rescued. I had runny eyes, dirty ears, and lots of fleas. I came to SBACC and got all cleaned up and then went to a foster home where I got lots of TLC and had other kittens to play with. I got my name because I am such a gem. I started out in my foster home all by myself so I got all the attention. After about a week Yo-Yo and Woody, two other orphaned kittens, joined me. When they arrive the doors of entertainment opened and it was play, play, play. You see, it was my job to make everyone comfortable in “my” home. I am a beautifully marked tuxedo female who loves cuddles and would love to join you in bed for the night. Don’t let my purring keep you up. I’m a zoomer who can run circles around anything. I’m playful and lovable and will make a great addition to any family. I would love to have a feline companion in my forever home but if I’m an only kitten I need a Mom or Dad who will be home most of the time and give me lots of love and attention.
