We found a little kitty in our backyard about two months ago and named him Mouse. We had all the intention of keeping Mouse and really love this guy! However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are going to have to rehome him. Mouse LOVES to play, he especially loves to play is Tag, (to chase and be chased). He will “hide” under the bed and jump out to “tag” you. He loves to chase his toys, too. The perfect fit for Mouse would be a home that can provide stimulation and someone to play with him, I believe Mouse would do very well with other friendly pets/animals too. Mouse is a very smart and curious kitty and has been very friendly with anyone that he meets. He loves to be petted on his own time and is very good with love bumps to show his affection. He is not much of a cuddler or a lap kitty, but Mouse loves to be in your company and hang in the same room with you. Mouse is not at all a scaredy cat, he is not afraid of loud noises or the vacuum. Mouse has been around my friend’s older dog with curiosity. Mouse loves his naps, which is the best time to give him some pets. Mouse is a very well-behaved teen kitty, but he does love to play. He is learning to scratch his scratch pads (and not the couch) and is responding to a firm “no” very well. Mouse’s character reflects his breed, likely Russian Blue, per the vet. So, Mouse is not much of a talker and does not like to be picked up, although he is getting used to it and will let you know when he wants down. Mouse has a beautiful medium-long grey coat with a little white patch on his chest. Mouse has been neutered and vaccinated. The Vet estimated his age as of today at about 10 months.
