Hi, I’m Calvin. My littermates and I were rescued from an overcrowded shelter when we were just two weeks old. We came to SBACC and then went to a foster home where we were given lots of TLC and bottle-fed until we were able to eat on our own. My foster family had a Mom and Dad and their two boys who were 10 and 13. They say I am a sweet boy and called me Calvy. I love to play with toys and strings, my siblings, and my human foster brothers who would let me nap on their beds. I play rough and will protest if you pick me up mid-play but when I’m tuckered out I will cuddle up in your lap and I love to be cradled on my back like a baby. I love my food and am usually first in line for meals. I might even try and eat whatever you’re eating right out of your hands. The big cat in our foster home made us all nervous at first but we got used to him and he didn’t seem to have much interest in us. We were good with guests and would even let them pick us up. We haven’t met any dogs but barking from neighborhood dogs scared us and we would run and hide. I am now ready for my forever home. One with another kitten for a buddy would be great but I would probably be fine as an only kitten if I have a very attentive family who is home a lot. That’s the three of us in two of the pics. Chloe and I are hard to tell apart but I have some very faint tabby stripes.
