Hi, I’m Harrison. My three brothers and I were about three weeks old when we were rescued from an overcrowded shelter. We were in pretty bad shape, full of fleas and we had eye and respiratory infections. We came to SBACC and then went to a foster home where we were nursed back to health. When we thought all was well we had a major setback and came down with ringworm which took forever to clear up. When we were finally all healthy we and came back to SBACC to find our forever homes. This is what my foster Mom says about me: “Harrison is one of the most loving and affectionate kittens that I have ever fostered. When I come into his room, he runs right to me as if I am a magnet. He wants to be with me and follows me everywhere. If I lay down, he lays on my lap, chest, neck, or face. When I leave the room, he always reaches for me to stay. He puts his paw out when I am close and touches my cheek. He will jump on my back and shoulder and just hang out. When he is not with me he is running, playing, chasing, and wrestling with his siblings. Everything is a toy even the other kittens’ tails.”
I was adopted along with another young cat when I was nine months old and had a home for six months but it just didn’t work out and I came back to SBACC. I’m still as loving and friendly as ever and hope to find another home that will really be forever. I think I would be fine as an only cat if I get lots of attention.
