Hi, I’m Dorothy. I was rescued from the beach parking lot in Seal Beach. I was in terrible shape, emaciated, dehydrated, and with a bad respiratory infection. I was put on antibiotics and given lots of good food and am all better now. When I was checked out at the vet it was discovered that I was already spayed so I know I had a home at one time. Since my teeth were in bad shape, I had a dental. I was also found to be FIV+, probably due to the time I spent on the street. Don’t worry, it is strictly a feline condition and despite what many people think, cats with FIV can live long healthy lives and since it’s not contagious, can live with non-FIV+ cats. I’m a very friendly and playful girl and am hoping for a forever home where I will be loved and pampered.
