Hi, I’m Quail. I was rescued from an exit ramp on the 405 freeway when I was eight weeks old. A severe eye infection caused ulcerations that perforated the corneas of both my eyes. Sadly my eyes could not be saved and I had surgery to remove them. I’m blind but it doesn’t stop me from climbing the cat tree, getting up on a bed or sink or windowsill, and playing with the kittens in my foster home. I love to be held and cuddled and hate to be alone so I really need another kitten or young cat in my forever home. My wish came true. I found my forever home with the best possible cat Mom, the medical supervisor who took care of me at SBACC, and I will have a one-year-old feline brother to cuddle and play with.
