Hi, I’m Benji. My sister, Bella, and I were born in someone’s yard. When we were about five weeks old the homeowner brought us to SBACC. We then went to a foster home where we got lots of TLC and had other kittens to play with. We had so much fun wrestling and chasing each other. We both are very friendly and love cuddles and playtime! I have to admit I’m a cuddle bunny! I love my foster Mom and give her kisses to show it. I’m very playful but love to have tummy rubs when it’s bedtime. My sister and I each need to have another kitten or young cat to cuddle with in our forever home. It would be great if we could stay together. I’m with my sister, Bella, in one of the pics and with some of my foster buddies in a few of the others.
Benji has tested FIV+ but few kittens who test + actually have FIV. It is most likely that his Mama was FIV+ and transferred FIV antibodies to him while nursing. Kittens under six months are retested at 60-day intervals until they are six months and most of them will retest as FIVneg. Even if he remains FIV+, he can lead a normal healthy life but must remain an indoor cat. If you wish to know more about FIV highlight and right-click below for more information:
