| WELCOME The Seal Beach Animal Care Center is a non-profit animal shelter dedicated to aiding lost and abandoned pets, helping people with pet related problems, promoting responsible pet ownership and pet population control, and preventing cruelty to animals through educational programs. In addition to receiving newsletters and other information in the mail, members receive voting privileges and can become involved with the Board of Directors. Download our Membership form and mail it to us here. Also check out our Junior Membership program for those animal lovers between 5 and 17 years old with parent or guardian approval. ##### The Seal Beach Animal Care Center—and all the animals in our care—thank our members, the City of Seal Beach, and the public for their continued support. The SBACC is a California non-profit 501-C3 Corporation #33-0192138. All donations made to the Care Center are tax deductible, with the largest share going directly toward the care of our animals. Our Board of Directors are elected by our membership and serve soley on a volunteer basis. |
